Kristy Dockstader

Kristy Dockstader is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various industries, including aerospace, medical devices, and sports equipment manufacturing. Currently serving as Sr People Business Partner at Dura-Line since July 2023, Kristy previously held the role of HR Manager at Albany Engineered Composites from January 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for over 400 employees and managing internal employee programs. Prior experience includes Benefit Manager at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., leading workforce planning and global wellness initiatives, and HR Generalist positions at AmerSports and Lumenis, managing comprehensive HR functions and recruiting processes. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Boise State University and a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of Utah.
