Yaniv Maimon

Yaniv Maimon serves as the Director of North America Operations at Dura-Line, overseeing operations across 15 manufacturing sites with over 1,600 employees. With extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, Yaniv previously held roles such as Operation Manager at Netafim USA and Plant Manager at Netafim, where significant cost savings and efficiency improvements were achieved. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Motorola Solutions and UNILEVER, focusing on engineering, production planning, and process optimization. Yaniv holds an Executive MBA from the University Ben Gurion Ba-Negev and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
