Dura Municipality Dura Municipality was established in 1/1/1967 and it’s a semi-governmental institution (service) works based on specific systems and laws instructed and developed within years, to provide best services for its citizens, thanks to its instructors they took the responsibility to keep their citizens living peacefully, as well cooperating with the citizens of the city in taking responsibility as well towards the laws and instructions. The Municipality planed the past 10 years big and serious objectives, toward developing services that it provides for the citizens as well expanding beyond the boundaries of the city as well, designing a structural plan for the city and its villages. Dura Municipality received the ISO 9002 certification, from the SGS-UK , according to its performance and its commitment, and to its employee management and its organized quality of management to the ISO 9002, to that the Dura Municipality is the first one to use the ISO 9002 and its capability on developing solving all activities within the Municipality. Providing Building License and supervising development projects in the city. 4. Creating jobs through running program. 5. Providing services to people with special needs. 6.
