Khaled Hejja

Khaled Hejja currently serves as the General Manager of Dura Municipality, overseeing various municipal functions, including infrastructure development and project management, with a focus on initiatives backed by international organizations such as USAID and EU. Previously, Khaled held positions as an Assistant Professor at Birzeit University, providing technical expertise in smart farming projects, and as a researcher at Télécom Paris, where research focused on 5G edge computing for autonomous vehicles. Additionally, Khaled was the Innovation and Business Development Director at Snipe-IT, guiding strategic consulting and business plan development for IoT solutions, and served as Planning Director at Palestine Telecommunications Group, directing network planning and optimization. Khaled's academic credentials include a PhD in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from UPC School, a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and an MBA from Birzeit University.
