Brad Coleman

Brad Coleman has diverse work experience in the field of business development and sales. Brad started their career at W. L. Gore & Associates as a Textile R&D specialist in 2001. Brad then worked at Henkel as a Technical Solutions Engineer from 2002 to 2004, followed by roles as a New Account Development Specialist from 2004 to 2007, and a Packaging Development Manager from 2007 to 2009. Brad continued their career at H.B. Fuller as a Business Development Manager from 2009 to 2010. Since 2010, Brad has been working at IFS Industries as a Western Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales of specialty chemicals, polymers, and adhesives across various industries. In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Business Development. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated an innovative approach to problem-solving and has successfully built and maintained a $7 million territory.

Brad Coleman attended Penn State University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Smarter Solutions in 2004.
