Kelsey (Morgan) Pasqualichio is an accomplished finance and investment professional currently serving as Director at Durable Capital Partners LP and Mentor in Residence at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures. With extensive experience in venture capital, Kelsey has held key roles including Venture Partner and Managing Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, where responsibilities included launching the NYC office and leading significant investments. Kelsey is also a Board Member and founding team member of the HBCU Founders Initiative, and previously worked as an Investment Partner at Downing Capital Group. Kelsey co-founded Nex Cubed, a prominent player in early-stage investment and acceleration, and held director positions at Techstars and Interpublic Group. Kelsey earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
