Jan Casteels

Jan Casteels has extensive work experience in logistics and operations, particularly in the consumer goods industry. Jan worked at Duracell Inc. from 2016 to present, starting as the Head of EIMEA Logistics Operations & Customer Service and later becoming the Plant Manager VP. Prior to that, they worked at Procter & Gamble from 1997 to 2015, where they held various roles, including EMEA Portfolio & Customisation Manager for Duracell and Warehousing & Distribution Business Process Consultant. Jan also served as the DC Integration Project Leader for Western Europe, leading a large-scale distribution center integration project. Throughout their career, Jan has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

Jan Casteels pursued a post-graduate degree in Industrial Management from KU Leuven during 1996-1997 after completing their Master's degree in Engineering from Ghent University during 1991-1996. In addition, they obtained the Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Intermediate certification from Duolingo in 2016.
