Stefaan Boterberg

Stefaan Boterberg has over 20 years of experience in various roles at Procter & Gamble and Duracell Inc. Stefaan joined Procter & Gamble in 1996 as a Process Engineer and progressed through different positions such as Production Department Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and Site HR Manager. From 2005 to 2009, they served as the Laundry Operations Manager for Procter & Gamble in Belgium. Boterberg then joined Duracell Inc. in 2016 as a Plant Director, responsible for managing plant operations. Stefaan later became the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Duracell Inc. in July 2019.

Stefaan Boterberg obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Ghent University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1996. Prior to this, they attended Sint-Barbaracollege Gent from 1985 to 1991, although the degree and field of study during this period are not specified.
