Jelena Bosiljcic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, client relations, and administrative management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Duraco since December 2020, Jelena previously held roles as Manager of Client Services/Office Manager at Duo Display, where responsibilities included managing operations, HR duties, and financial reporting from August 2012 to October 2020. Prior experience includes bookkeeping and administrative support at RKON Technologies, sales and marketing assistance at New Homes Magazine and Data Based Ads, and various roles in the hospitality industry. Jelena earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Studio Art from Northeastern Illinois University, complemented by a strong foundation from Lane Technical High School.
