Charles Berolzheimer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and consumer products sectors. As CEO of Blackwing since 2010, Charles has cultivated a culture of creativity centered around iconic pencil products. In addition, Charles serves as Chairman & CEO of California Cedar Products Company, a key player in wooden pencil slat manufacturing and innovation, and holds the position of Director at Duraflame, Inc., overseeing hearth and cooking product development. Charles is also a Managing Principal at Blackwing LLC - B3 Ventures LLC, engaging in seed and early-stage investments. Previously, Charles held various roles, including VP of Sales & Operations Research at California Cedar Products Company, General Manager of The Lodge on Little St. Simons Island, and Foreign Operations Manager at P&M Cedar Products, Inc. Educational credentials include an MS in Management from Stanford University and a degree in Management Science from UC San Diego.
