Brian Fink has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brian started their career as an Industrial Systems Engineer at The Timken Company in 1984 and then worked as a Q.A. Engineer & Supervisor at Eaton Corporation from 1985 to 1990. From 1990 to 1996, Brian was a Plant Manager at U.S. Chemical & Plastics, Incorporated. Brian then served as the Operations Manager for Tremco Incorporated's Roofing Division in 1996, before it was sold in 1997. Brian then became the Vice President of Operations at Mantaline Corporation from 1997 to 2009. Following that, they became the Operations Manager for Tarkett's Commercial Group, a flooring manufacturer, from 2009 to 2012. Brian's next role was as the Vice President and General Manager at Nanotronics Imaging, a position they held from 2012 to 2015. Currently, Brian is the President and CEO of Duramax Marine LLC, leading the company's efforts in providing water-lubricated bearing technology and other marine products to military, commercial, and recreational vessels worldwide.

Brian Fink's education history begins in 1980 when they enrolled at Bowling Green State University. Brian completed their Bachelor of Science degree at Bowling Green State University in 1984. Following their undergraduate studies, Brian attended The University of Akron from 1988 to 1992, obtaining their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance. In 1998, Brian pursued further education at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they completed a Professional Fellowship Program in 1999. Finally, Brian attended the University of Akron School of Law from 2004 to 2008, earning their Juris Doctor degree. Alongside their education, Brian obtained certification as an Attorney from the Supreme Court of Ohio; however, the exact date of when they obtained this certification is unknown.
