Lynn Fitzgibbons

Lynn Fitzgibbons has over 40 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Lynn most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Durango Midstream LLC since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Entergy for four years as a Manager of HR, providing strategic HR support to operations leadership and partnering with various HR centers of expertise.

Before joining Entergy, Lynn was actively involved in various nonprofit organizations as a community volunteer. Lynn also held multiple roles at ONEOK, including HR Strategic Business Partner, Manager of Workforce Management/College Recruitment/Training, and Manager of HR-Training & Development.

Lynn's earlier experience includes serving as the Manager of Training & Development at Duke Energy Field Service/DCP Midstream from 2005 to 2007, and as the Manager of Human Resources- Western Division at Duke Energy Field Services from 2000 to 2004.

Prior to that, Lynn worked at Phillips Petroleum for over 20 years, holding various HR roles such as HR Manager, Insurance Plans Administrator, and more.

Throughout their career, Lynn has gained extensive expertise in talent management, succession planning, compensation, performance management, employee relations, affirmative action, training, and organizational design and strategy development.

Lynn Fitzgibbons has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University. It is unclear when Lynn completed this degree. Additionally, Lynn attended St Olaf College, but there is no information available regarding the degree or field of study pursued.
