Stephanie Bowden

Stephanie Bowden is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across human resources. Currently, Stephanie serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Osprey Packs, Inc. and as the Human Resources Manager for Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, overseeing the HR functions for 150 employees. Additionally, Stephanie is an active board member of the Durango Area Human Resource Managers, focusing on marketing, content programming, and website development for a group of over 100 members. Prior roles include Software Support Manager at The Payroll Department, where responsibilities included HRIS project management and payroll services, as well as Service Manager at Wells Fargo, leading a competitive banking team. Stephanie holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Spanish from West Texas A&M University, along with coursework in project management from the University of Houston.
