Hans Bubbert

Hans Bubbert is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, training, and benefit enrollment. Currently serving as a Territory Sales Trainer for Colonial Life in the South Florida Territory, Hans assists independent District Managers in training new field managers and their representatives, focusing on prospecting and managing business. Prior roles include OSHA/ANSI Heavy Construction Equipment Safety Trainer at Durante Rentals, LLC, and Director of Enrollment Services at Brian Patten and Associates, where Hans oversaw large employee benefit enrollments. With extensive experience as an Independent Employee Benefits Specialist and in various sales leadership positions across different organizations, including Aflac and Honeywell Security, Hans has developed a comprehensive skill set in sales management, training, and benefits communication. Hans holds a BA in Business Economics & Management from ELE College Eindhoven and a High School Diploma in Business Administration from Bisschop Beckers College Eindhoven.
