Chad Richert

Chad Richert has a diverse work experience. Chad started their career in 2003 as a Trainer/Shift Supervisor at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, where they were responsible for training new employees, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and scheduling shifts. In 2014, they joined Nordstrom as an Assistant General Manager, overseeing food quality, building guest relationships, recruiting and training new talent, and achieving sales goals. Since 2018, Chad has been working at DuraServ, initially as a National Accounts Operations Support Coordinator before transitioning to the role of National Accounts Team Lead.
