Erica Allen has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Erica started their career at Rackmount Solutions in 2016, where they served as an Office Manager/Accountant. During their time there, they effectively managed accounts payable and reported accounts receivable, resulting in a profit of over $500,000 per year. Erica also collaborated with a staff CPA to minimize accounting errors and ensured the availability of necessary office supplies.

In 2017, Erica joined Plano ISD as a 6th Grade Science Teacher/Coach.
