Kim Neusch

Sr. Director, Customer Experience at DuraStat

Kim Neusch has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. From 2004 to 2012, they were a Sr. Manager, Data Integrity at NuVasive, where they were promoted nearly every year. From 2012 to 2017, they were the President/Executive Chef at Get Fresh, a meal prep company in San Diego. During this time, they gained experience in budgeting, marketing, pricing, forecasting, accounting, SEO, menu development and sales. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Business Owner of KN Business Administration Services, where they provided bookkeeping, administrative and accounting services to small businesses. In 2020, they became a RPO Staff Manager at ManpowerGroup, where they manage, develops and trains both HR Data Services and Records Management teams for Intuit. In 2022, they were promoted to Director, Customer Experience at DuraStat.

Kim Neusch obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University between 1998 and 2001. Kim has also completed a number of certifications from LinkedIn, including Interviewing Techniques (March 2020), Managing Organizational Change for Managers (December 2019), Developing a Learning Mindset (November 2019), Management Foundations (November 2019), Transitioning from Individual Contributor to Manager (November 2019), Motivating and Engaging Employees (July 2019), Shane Snow on Storytelling (July 2019).
