Adam Ryczek

Adam Ryczek is an experienced manufacturing professional with a robust background in advanced manufacturing engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Duravent Group since October 2021, Adam previously held similar roles at Hart & Cooley where operations and manufacturing programs across eight plants were managed, along with a significant capital budget. Adam's extensive experience at Johnson Controls spanned two decades, focusing on continuous improvement and benchmarking, alongside roles as a manufacturing manager and senior manufacturing engineer in both global and domestic settings. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Systems from San Jose State University.
