Andreas Lotz

Andreas Lotz is currently serving as Prokurist and a member of the leadership circle at Duravit AG, as well as the plant manager at the Hornberg location since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andreas held the position of production manager at the same location from February 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included oversight of the entire production process and planning of manufacturing schedules. In 2017, Andreas completed a master thesis at Duravit AG, earning a distinction for the work titled "Energetic consideration and development of optimization potentials of a tunnel kiln for sanitary ware." An educational background includes a Master of Science in Energy Conversion and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Process Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering, both from Offenburg University. Additionally, during the studies, Andreas gained practical experience through an internship at Wehrle Umwelt GmbH, working in various fields including plant operations and R&D.
