Sid Naqvi

Sid N. serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer for the Durham District School Board, responsible for technology strategy, digital learning integration, and security compliance. Previously, Sid held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at MCI Onehealth Technologies Inc., overseeing Clinical IT Operations and leading projects in Data Science and AI for healthcare advancements. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology Solutions at MCI Onehealth, Head of Information Systems & Technologies at the Ontario Arts Council, and Manager of Information Technology and Innovation at the Ontario Ombudsman, with a strong focus on cloud migration and modern technology implementation across various organizations. Sid N. holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Carleton University.
