Doug Hervey

Doug Hervey is an accomplished architect and educator with extensive experience in both teaching and architectural design. Currently, Doug serves as a CTE Teacher at Durham Public Schools, where instruction focuses on Technology Engineering and Design, Technical Design, and Career Management for high school students. Since May 2014, Doug has also operated as an architect, managing various significant projects, including residential homes and commercial spaces. Prior to this, Doug held positions such as Project Architect at LMHT Associates, PA, and Project Manager at Bull City Architect, contributing to prominent projects like the renovation of a warehouse into the Durham Athletics Center and multiple residential and commercial developments. Doug holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Auburn University, earned in May 1992.
