Phil Evans

Phil Evans is an experienced professional in the fields of operations, marketing, and promotion, currently serving as the Operations, Marketing and Promotion Manager at Durham Radio Inc. since May 2022. Previous roles include Engagement Magician, where Phil developed marketing strategies for non-profits and small businesses, and Senior Regional Market Manager at TELUS, focusing on local partnerships. Phil also held significant positions at Rogers Communications, Astral Media, and Corus Entertainment Vancouver, managing teams and substantial marketing budgets while implementing branding strategies for multiple radio stations. Additionally, Phil contributed to the Music BC Industry Association as a board member during a critical period of transition. Phil holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Radio and Television from Ryerson University.
