Landy Anderson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in social work and education. Currently serving as Program Manager for Indigenous Implementation at the Regional Municipality of Durham since September 2024 and as a Course Instructor for Child and Youth Studies at Trent University since September 2021. Landy also holds the position of Chairperson at the Foundation to Commemorate the Chinese Railroad Workers in Canada since July 2019 and was previously the Senior Manager of Alternative Care at Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services until September 2024. Additional experience includes roles as Supervisor of Programs with the City of Toronto's Birkdale Residence and involvement in various educational and policy development roles across multiple organizations. Landy holds a Master of Social Work from Laurentian University, a Master of Education focusing on Urban Aboriginal Education from York University, and a Child Care Worker diploma from George Brown College.
