Matthias Kuch

Matthias Kuch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the dental and industrial sectors. Currently serving as VP Business Unit Equipment at DÜRR DENTAL SE since January 2019, Matthias oversees the development and promotion of dental equipment, managing a significant P&L responsibility of approximately 130 million euros. Previous roles include VP Business Operations North America at Duerr Dental Global GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed sales team restructuring and strategic implementation of operational systems. Matthias further contributed to R.STAHL in various capacities, including Vice President of Corporate Strategy and President and COO, where significant growth initiatives and factory consolidation efforts were executed. Matthias holds a General Management Program degree from Harvard Business School and has formal qualifications in accounting and business administration from reputable German institutions.
