Farraj Al-Shahrani, P.E., MBA, PMP is currently serving as the Sector Co-Head at Dussur. Farraj joined Dussur in September 2019 as an Investment Executive Director and was promoted to Sector Co-Head in March 2022.

Prior to their current role, Farraj held the position of Vice President-Strategy Execution at NIDLP from November 2017 to August 2019.

From November 2016 to October 2017, Farraj worked as the General Manager of Core Mining Co. at MASCO. In this role, they successfully achieved revenue and market share targets through business development strategies and forged strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

At Khair Inorganic Chemical Industries Company - InoChem, Farraj held the role of Director from August 2013 to October 2016. During this time, they also served as the Director of IDEA Polysilicon Company, overseeing the project development phase and managing the TEPC bidding process.

Farraj began their career at Maaden in March 2009 as a Project Manager before transitioning to the role of Commercial Affairs Manager in January 2012.

Farraj started their professional journey at SIPCHEM in September 2003, working as an Instrument & Control Project Manager until February 2009.

Farraj obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Later, in 2008, they pursued further studies and successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Open University Malaysia, completing the program in 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Farraj Al-Shahrani has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2007, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® through the Project Management Institute. This certification demonstrates their expertise in managing and leading projects effectively. Furthermore, in December 2020, they completed a course on Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews, offered by LinkedIn. This certification signifies their proficiency in conducting performance reviews and managing employee performance.
