Raed AlRayes, PhD

Raed AlRayes, PhD has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the energy, industry, and investment sectors. Currently, they serve as the CEO of Dussur, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor to the Minister of Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources at the Ministry of Energy, Industry, and Mineral Resources (MEIM) from May 2017 to April 2019. Before joining MEIM, they held the position of Deputy CEO and Acting CEO at Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP) from February 2014 to April 2017. Raed'searlier experience includes working as the Deputy CEO and Head of Investment Banking at Al Rajhi Capital from March 2008 to February 2014. Raed AlRayes, PhD completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Bradford School of Management in 2003. Raed then pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on Service Excellence in the Banking Industry in 2006.
