Neil Woodfine

Neil Woodfine has a diverse and extensive work experience. Neil started their career in 2009 as the General Manager at Microtron International Ltd., where they represented British interests in a joint venture and oversaw production. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Freelance Sourcing and QC Agent, conducting research and inspections for UK companies. In 2012, they served as the Marketing Director at Sunspeed Group, reforming the company's systems to improve efficiency.

In 2013, Neil joined Whitehopleman Ltd as a Monitoring Consultant, where they monitored manufacturing progress and provided third-party project projections. Neil then worked as a Business Development Manager at OKCoin from 2014 to 2015, managing corporate client accounts and expanding the platform's user base.

Neil's career took a shift towards the cryptocurrency industry in 2015 when they co-founded and served as the COO of Remitsy, a payment platform for B2B settlements powered by Bitcoin. Remitsy was later acquired by Wyre, where Neil became the Director of Enterprise Solutions in 2017. In this role, they helped global internet platforms integrate Bitcoin trading and payout services.

In 2018, Neil joined Blockstream as the Marketing Director, a position they held until 2021. At Blockstream, they focused on marketing initiatives. Neil then joined Unchained Capital as the Head of Marketing in 2021, supporting bitcoin savers with secure cold storage and integrated financial services.

Most recently, in 2023, Neil became the CEO of Dustup.

Neil Woodfine attended the University of Leeds from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese (Modern). In 2006 and 2007, they also attended Capital Normal University to study Chinese Language and Literature, although they did not complete a specific degree program during this time.
