Eelco Dubbeling

Eelco Dubbeling's work experience includes serving as the Chairman of the Executive Committee at the European Banking Federation since 2023. Before that, they were the Managing Director at the Nederlandse Vereniging van Banken from September 2014 onwards and previously held the position of Deputy Managing Director from October 2007 to September 2014. Additionally, they worked at ABN AMRO as the Head of Government Relations Nederland from August 2004 to October 2007, and at Transport en Logistiek Nederland as a Public Affairs advisor from April 2001 to August 2004.

Eelco Dubbeling's education history includes a range of programs and courses that they have completed over the years. In 1994, they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Following this, in 2008 and 2009, they pursued studies in Corporate Communications at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 2010, they participated in the Erasmus Executive Program in Strategic Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and became a Certified Strategy Manager. Moving forward, in 2012, they completed the High Performance Leadership program at IMD. In 2017, they undertook the Opleiding voor Commissarissen en Toezichthouders (Education for Supervisory Directors and Supervisors) at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2018, Dubbeling engaged in Permanente Educatie (Permanent Education) in the field of Banking at Nyenrode Business University. In the same year, they also completed the Exponential Leadership Program at Singularity University.
