Lance Risser

Lance Risser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lance began their career as a Salesperson at Chief Aircraft Inc. in 2007 before moving on to become a Veterinary Technician/Assistant at Pacific Veterinary Clinic. During this time, they gained experience in various tasks such as checking in animal patients, assisting in surgeries, dental cleaning, and laboratory work. In 2009, they transitioned to Gates Home Furniture as a Delivery Driver. Finally, Lance joined Dutch Bros Coffee in 2010, where they held various roles such as Manager, Director of Field Operations, VP of People Development, and VP of Field Operations. Their most recent position at Dutch Bros Coffee is as the Area Vice President for the Western US.

Lance Risser obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Biology from Rogue Community College, graduating in 2009. Lance then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, with a focus on General Biology, at the University of Oregon from 2010 to 2012.
