Carmen Mersch is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as Projectleider HR and HR Adviseur at Nationale Opera & Ballet since March 2021, Carmen previously worked as HR-adviseur and HR-medewerker at Bosman Van Zaal from September 2017 to March 2021. Earlier career highlights include a role as Voorlichter at Universiteit Leiden and internships at TeekensKarstens advocaten notarissen and Van Doorne. Carmen holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Labor Law from Leiden University, complemented by a Bachelor in Law focusing on Law & Economics from the same institution, and has recently completed a project management course at de Baak.
