Ellen van Beek

Ellen van Beek is a versatile freelance mezzosoprano with a diverse repertoire that includes opera, music-theatre, chamber music, oratorio, and symphonic works since 2008. Current engagements involve performing as a freelance choir singer for both the Dutch National Opera & Ballet and Opera Ballet Vlaanderen. Ellen's previous projects include notable roles such as Naoko in "Morning Blossoms," Dorabella in "Così fan Tutte," and performances in "Sweeney Todd" on a national tour. Educational background includes a Bachelor and Master in Classical Singing from HKU and earlier studies at ROC Eindhoven and Shanghai American School.
