Katherine Scherr is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Dutchie since September 2021, Katherine has progressed through multiple roles, including Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager. Prior to Dutchie, Katherine worked at Stitch Fix from November 2018 to September 2021, starting as an Engineering Manager. Katherine also has experience at the Uber Advanced Technologies Group as a Software Engineer II and at Stitch Fix as a Senior Software Engineer. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at Branding Brand and an internship at IBM.
