Ryan Krafick began their work experience in 2013 as an Assistant Manager at Subway. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Technical Support Technician at NCR Corporation, providing Tier 1 support for cash register and kiosk software and hardware. Starting in 2015, they joined Noble Systems as a Senior Support Technician, offering Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for a contact center solution dialer system. In 2021, they transitioned to Dutchie as a Technical Support Team Lead, where they engaged with customers to provide customized support solutions for software products.
