Yuliya Orlova

Yuliya Orlova has a wide range of experience in various roles and industries. Yuliya currently holds the position of SVP of Customer Experience and Operations at Dutchie, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Customer Experience and Chief of Staff at Dutchie from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Dutchie, Yuliya worked at Toast, Inc. as the Head of Customer Experience and Quality from November 2020 to January 2022. Yuliya also held positions as the Senior Director of Strategy and Analytics, Chief of Staff - Customer Success, and Director of Strategy - Customer Success at Toast, Inc.

Yuliya's earlier experience includes working as a Venture Capital Investor at Square Peg Capital from July 2017 to October 2018. Yuliya also worked at PillPack as the Director of Strategic Initiatives from June 2016 to July 2017 and as a Consultant at Bain & Company from July 2015 to June 2016.

Their previous roles also include serving as a Sr. Product Manager Intern at Amazon in 2014 and as a Senior Analyst at Analysis Group from July 2010 to July 2013.

Yuliya Orlova completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Math from Bryn Mawr College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
