David Young is a seasoned professional in restaurant operations, currently serving as the Manager of Restaurant Operations at Dutchman Hospitality Group, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, David spent over two decades at Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 50 employees as General Manager, overseeing all aspects of operations, including P&L management, hiring, training, and retention. David began a career in the hospitality sector as a Restaurant Supervisor at Holiday Inn Cleveland-Strongsville from May 1998 to May 2001. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management at Stark State College, David also has education experience from Cuyahoga Community College and Southern Wesleyan University.
