Eugene McCluskey

Eugene McCluskey is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group Chief People Officer at Dutco Group since January 2024, Eugene previously held prominent positions such as Director of Recruitment and HR Business Partnering at NEOM, and Head of Human Resources at Overseas AST Co LLC. A proven track record in HR strategy development, talent acquisition, and organizational culture establishment is evident, bolstered by roles at flyadeal, Bion Group, averda, Qatar Airways, and early career positions in recruitment and management. Eugene holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Dublin City University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
