Gemini Aryanto, MSi, GPHR, currently serves as the Group Chief People & Culture Officer and Senior Vice President of Global People & Culture at Kopi Kenangan, a rapidly growing coffee chain in Indonesia that achieved Unicorn status in December 2021. Gemini has an extensive background in human resources, having founded GrowNext and held key positions at various notable companies, including Yum! Brands as Senior Franchise HR Partner for KFC Greater Asia and PT. Nestlé Indonesia as Executive VP of Corporate Human Resources. Previous roles include Regional Learning & Development Director at Danone and HR Director positions at Kraft Foods Indonesia and Danone Dairy. Gemini's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Administration of HR Development from the University of Indonesia, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitas Gunadarma, and ongoing executive education at Wharton Executive Education.
