Crystal Banh currently serves as a Senior Management Analyst for Healthcare Program Operations at Duty First Consulting since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Federal Advocacy Intern at the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance – National Headquarters and as a Clinical Research Assistant at Lupus Therapeutics, which is an affiliate of the Lupus Research Alliance. Crystal's experience also encompasses an undergraduate research assistantship at Loyola University Maryland, focusing on literature reviews related to microaggressions and domestic violence, alongside managing project timelines and organization. In earlier roles, Crystal worked as a private and group tutor at Legato Learning Center, facilitating improvements in students' academic performance. Crystal obtained a Master of Public Health in Global Health Epidemiology and Disease Control from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Psychology from Loyola University Maryland. Additional education includes a Certificate of Proficiency from The University of Auckland and a High School Diploma with honors from St. Vincent Ferrer High School.
