Hannah Chalker

Hannah Chalker is a dedicated Paraprofessional Educator with experience at Duval County Public Schools since August 2018, providing one-on-one support to students in a general education high school. Hannah's expertise includes implementing individualized learning strategies, accessibility accommodations, and behavioral support techniques. In addition to this role, Hannah has also served as a Long-Term Substitute Teacher, where a deep understanding of algebra enabled seamless instruction in a high school Algebra II classroom. As a High School Substitute Teacher for AP/AICE STEM, Hannah effectively communicated complex subjects across mathematics and science disciplines. Prior experience includes serving as a Private Childcare Provider, where Hannah collaborated with families and managed emergencies with problem-solving skills. Furthermore, Hannah founded HRH Design Co., an Etsy small business focused on fine art and handmade products, overseeing all operations from inventory management to customer satisfaction. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at the University of North Florida, set to graduate in December 2023.
