Martin Barker

Martin Barker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agriculture and sustainability. Currently serving as Director at International Carbon Alliance Limited since September 2022 and holding the position of UK Sustainability Manager at Duynie Group since December 2019, Martin also previously contributed to the Farm Animal Welfare Committee at DEFRA from January 2016 to January 2023. Martin managed a significant dairy farm project at Scotch Hills Farm in 2019 and was the Managing Director at Midland Pig Producers Limited and Genesis Quality Assurance Limited, where extensive agricultural operations and assurance schemes were overseen over nearly three decades. Martin holds a Licentiate degree in Agriculture from Askham Bryan College, earned between 1979 and 1982.
