Matt Glowacki

Matt Glowacki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matt currently holds the position of Quantitative Analyst at DV Trading LLC since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder/Director of Trade Research and Execution at Mountain City Capital from March 2020. Matt also worked as the Director of Storage Analytics at Energy Storage Consultant from September 2022 to January 2023. In addition, they served as the Senior Manager of Quantitative Analytics at Iris Software from February 2022 to September 2022 and as a Structurer/Developer at Uniper from May 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Quantitative Researcher and Developer at Arches Asset Management from January 2019 to March 2020. Furthermore, they served as a Quantitative Manager at Uniper from March 2016 to November 2018 and as a Consultant Analyst at PA Consulting from September 2015 to March 2016. Matt also worked as a Consultant at MCR Performance Solutions from January 2015 to June 2015. Their earliest work experience includes the role of Sr. Quantitative Analyst at Tri-State Generation & Transmission from October 2011 to January 2015.

Matt Glowacki began their educational journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Matt attended the university from 2000 to 2005.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Matt pursued further education and obtained a Masters of Science degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. This degree was earned between 2010 and 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Matt Glowacki obtained a certification in Python for Financial Analysis and Algorithmic Trading from Udemy in May 2020.
