Previously, Bill held the position of Principal Architect at Microsoft from November 2001 to December 2005, providing consulting services in software development and project management with a focus on the insurance and financial services sectors. Bill's earlier roles include Chief Technology Officer at Daniels Trading and President of LimitUp Trading, LLC, where Bill led efforts in futures trading. Bill's career began with service in the US Army as a 13B Artillery from October 1991 to May 1995.
