Richard McKinnon

Richard McKinnon founded DVBE Technology Group in September 2015 after numerous leadership positions in similar companies.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the fast-changing pace of information technology and project management services, Richard has built DVBE Technology Group to a Triple Crown winner in 2021.

Active in his community, Richard was the first person to receive the Military Order of Purple Heart commemorative coin for service to Veterans and their Families in 2012, and was the CEO of TMSA in 2013 when they were recognized as a Top 25 fastest growing DVBE/SB nationally, by the SBA.
