Diligent in creating! Never would we think to stop creating. We obsess over the quality of what we create while remembering it's always better to finish. We understand that giving our tasks 100+% is what's needed, but to create, we may have to release works that are only at 50% of our vision.

Eccentric with a touch of chill! As creatives, we engross ourselves in our work while remembering the platinum and golden rules. We seek to make our visions into reality; however, we don't want to put ourselves
at unnecessary risk to do so. To do what we love, we must stay healthy, stay calm, and respect those around us.

Valiant though hardheaded determination! Once we set our minds on an idea, we make sure to pursue it. We hold tight to our vision's end goal but aren't afraid to accept when the path to that goal must be changed or modified. Creating and evolving ideas into products require us to maintain a flexible and open mindset while putting in consistent effort.

Idiotic in a humbling manner! We have many talented individuals on our team because no one person can know, understand, or do everything. As a group, we believe in the power an individual has and the exponential potential of a team. We agree not to disrespect others or assume knowledge as we're all idiots in our own beautifully humbling ways.

Aware of others and the world! To provide a safe space for our team, we make sure to take time to understand what is happening with others around us and in the global community. We know that by supporting the relationships within our team, we can become a more robust creative group and better enable our personal and team goals.

Nonconformist in the truest sense of the word! As digital makers who focus on new media technologies, we are willing to experiment and test concepts that many may say deviate from the norm. We believe in taking time to create original ideas, test their viability, and move on or integrate them in an agile manner.

Communicative to an obsessive degree! For our team to stay agile and make sure everyone can contribute, we must communicate to an extreme degree. This means talking concepts out until all parties understand them and ending no discussion negatively. We want everyone on the team to feel heard and seen.

You, yes, you! We know it's cheesy, but we want you to know DVNC isn't possible without you. The unique perspective and creative talents you bring are what help keep this organization afloat.

DVNC, as an organization, sees a world where media is a diverse and abundant resource of knowledge and wisdom. We want DVNC to be a flagship for racial and sexual diversity in media, creating empathetic interactive experiences that allow users to feel emotions they may not often perceive, have out-of-body experiences that change perspectives, and relate to the end-user a positive world outlook.

DVNC and its projects are a vehicle for creators of all backgrounds to enact their perspectives through interactive digital media. We want to provide all generations with media they can relate to and learn from, helping people empathize across all borders, barriers, and perspectives.

The Creative Team at DVNC Tech is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing immersive and emotional interactive media experiences. Comprising roles such as Art Director, Game Artist, 3D Artist, and Animation Supervisors, among others, they work collaboratively to bring diverse perspectives to life through art, animation, and user experience design. Their primary goal is to create content that fosters empathy, breaks down barriers, and provides users with transformative, perspective-changing experiences.
