Brenda Smith

Brenda Smith is a Partner at Dvorak Law Group, LLC since February 2015, where responsibilities include serving as the Treasurer of the Firm’s Executive Committee and representing clients in probate and trust proceedings, as well as guardianship and conservatorship matters. Prior to this role, Brenda was a Shareholder at Koley Jessen P.C., L.L.O. from October 2007 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University (2000-2004).
