Syed Muhammad Zaki has a long and varied work experience. Syed Muhammad began their career in 2016 as an Intern RF&O Technology Planning at Ufone. In 2017, they held three positions: Network Support Engineer at National Institute of Modern Sciences, Executive Operations and Monitoring Revenue Assurance (Nexus Telecom) at Warid Telecom and Jazz (previously known as Mobilink), and Executive Engineer (Middle East) at Nexus Telecom. In 2020, they were International Sales Specialist (Middle East) at Emlak Konut GYO. In 2021, they were Assistant Manager Solution Sales (Middle East) at Nexus Telecom. Syed Muhammad is currently a Customer Success Manager at both Emumba and DvSum.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from COMSATS University Islamabad in 2016. Syed Muhammad also holds an Intermediate degree in Computer Science from Edwardes High School Peshawar, which they obtained in 2013. In addition, they have an O'Levels degree in Computer Science from Edwards College School.
