Jody McSweeney

Jody McSweeney is an experienced professional in extrusion and thermoforming operations, currently serving as the Extrusion-Thermoforming Manager at D&W Fine Pack since January 2022, overseeing a team of over 60 direct reports in 24/7 operations. Jody has been with D&W Fine Pack LLC since September 2002, progressing from Production Supervisor, where responsibilities included extrusion production, quality assurance, training, inventory, and scheduling, to Quality Manager SC and Corporate Food Safety Manager, overseeing food safety for a large facility. Prior to D&W Fine Pack, Jody contributed to the growth of NTM Inc as a Process Engineer and worked as a Technical Specialist at Fabri-kal Corp in a high-volume thermoforming facility, implementing HACCP and GMP programs.
