Shri B J Maheshwari has been inducted on the Board w.e.f. 1st May, 2009 & been appointed as " Whole Time Director & Company Secretary (CS) & Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). He has been associated with Company since 1st October, 1994 and has more than 27 years of experience in handling the company law matters, secretarial matters, listing requirements & compliances, taxation (Direct and Indirect) & legal and administrative matters etc. He holds dual professional degrees as a Chartered Accountant & a Company Secretary. In the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 07, 2018, he has been re designated as Managing Director & CS cum CCO.
