Xabier Garcés Suárez has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Xabier has worked as a Customer Success Director & Country Manager at DWCC, where they provided strategic leadership, managed a team, and advocated for customers. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Director, responsible for supporting accounts and meeting SLA targets. Xabier also worked as a Regional Success Manager, overseeing employee development and support in Spain.

Xabier has also worked as a Sales Development Manager at DWCC, where they focused on expanding North American SaaS companies into EMEA & APAC. Additionally, they co-founded CHRIO Entertainment, a global entertainment company specializing in event coordination and talent management.

In the technology sector, Xabier worked as an EMEA - Project Manager at Reltio, where they helped innovative brands with customer data management. In the music industry, they served as a Business Development Manager at Scarlett Entertainment, growing the Spanish, Portuguese, and South American markets. Xabier also worked as a Social Media Manager, overseeing the online presence and campaigns for the brand.

Before transitioning into their professional career, Xabier was a semi-professional football player in Spain. Xabier has also contributed as a co-author in the book "365 reflections for a successful business" and has experience in marketing and management with Rock Izar Records.

Xabier Garcés Suárez completed their education in various fields. Xabier obtained a BA (Honours) in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from The Open University between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Técnico en Marketing y Publicidad degree in Marketing from Centro San Luis, from 2013 to 2015. Xabier also holds a Licentiate degree in Biology from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Xabier has obtained several certifications, including Neuromarketing: "The buy button" from IEBS Business School in 2014, and the First Certificate Exam from the University of Cambridge in 2013. Further certifications in marketing and advertising were acquired from Implika: Centro de formación in the same year. Xabier's education journey began with the completion of their High School Certificate in 2007, awarded by the Consejero de Educación, Universidades e Investigación de la Comunidad Autónoma de Euskadi.
