Nathalie Alsing Alauzen is an experienced professional in talent management and business development, currently serving as the Talent Success Manager at Dweet since April 2025. As the founder of Kind Yoga, Nathalie built a recognized yoga brand specializing in Vinyasa yoga, establishing a strong brand identity. Previously, Nathalie served as the Regional Retail Manager for Europe at lululemon athletica, where strategic market entry and operational leadership were key achievements. Prior roles include Head of Retail France at VERO MODA, where oversight of operations and team development was paramount, and Retail Buyer for France at One World, One Philosophy, One Family, focusing on optimizing retail assortments.
