Brendan Cummings

Brendan Cummings has extensive experience in research and editorial roles within prominent publications and media outlets. Currently serving as Research Chief at ELLE Magazine since March 2015, Brendan oversees daily research operations and collaborates with various departments to support feature-length stories, particularly in travel and lifestyle. Additionally, Brendan has contributed as a freelance fact checker for Dwell, Vogue, and Us Weekly, and fact-checked Geoffrey Kent's memoir. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Research Chief at Playboy, where responsibilities included operational support and editorial liaison duties, and a role as a Reporter/Copy Editor at Irish America Magazine. Brendan holds a Master of Arts in Public Communications from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics from The Catholic University of America.
